We produced this customer success story for OfficeRnD and x+why, a purpose-driven coworking operator in London. The video explores how x+why uses OfficeRnD Growth Hub to create a more seamless self-service booking experience across meeting rooms, event spaces, and additional services.

Through authentic interviews and cinematic footage of the x+why workspace, we brought the story to life while highlighting the measurable impact of the solution — including an increase in website conversion from 6% to 27% and a 149% increase in average booking value.

Alongside the main customer story, we created multiple tailored formats and shorter social media cuts, giving OfficeRnD a flexible set of assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, website content, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. The production combines customer-led storytelling with subtle motion graphics and product-focused visuals to communicate both the human story and the business results behind it.
