We produced this customer success story for OfficeRnD and ROAM — a hospitality-focused flexible workspace brand operating across multiple locations in the US. Filmed in Atlanta, the video explores how ROAM moved from a fragmented setup of multiple systems to a more connected operational platform with OfficeRnD Flex.

Through an authentic interview with Bret Briggs, Director of Sales, combined with cinematic footage of ROAM’s workspace and day-to-day environment, the story highlights the real impact of consolidating operations, billing, member management, and access across locations.

The production was designed as a flexible content package, including the main customer story alongside shorter cuts and social-ready formats. The result is a customer-led story that communicates both the operational benefits of OfficeRnD and the human, hospitality-first approach that defines the ROAM brand.
